Adam Lowe Group Pty Ltd produced the Opening Celebrations a Creative Producer to realise production elements from story board to performance.
Casting and rehearsal of volunteer performers, selection and engagement of professional performers, acts and groups
Structure and staffed volunteer production teams.
Facilitate rehearsal and management of staff in the rehearsal process
Oversee all aspects of both the Opening Celebrations

PRODUCTION STAGE MANAGER

Feb 2007 – April 2007
Great Big Events Pty Ltd.  Under contract to the Melbourne 2007 Organizing Committee.
Work with Creative Producer to realize production elements from story board to performance.
Structure and staff the stage management department.  Management included volunteer workforce.
Facilitate rehearsal and management of staff in the rehearsal process
Oversee all stage management aspects of both the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.
Show call for the smaller scale Closing Ceremony
All management responsibilities normally expected of Production Stage Manager within all creative, technical and production processes for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.

2006 OPENING AND CLOSING CEREMONIES

PRODUCTION STAGE MANAGER

March 2005 – January 2007
David Atkins Enterprises Pty Ltd.  Under contract to the Doha Asian Games Organising Committee.
Initially in a multi tasking role as part of the first team on the ground working to establish the DAE business, office, accommodation, transport and project readiness in Doha Qatar.  This included liaison with Government and Community authorities and groups.  Production Management of Cultural Exchange Symposium establishing themes and concepts for inclusion in the ceremonies and the design, recruitment and management of an 80 person strong international stage management team.
Also, the development and management of the stage management provision to 3 month TIE training program with school students.
Key input in design, fit out and management of purpose built multi venue ceremonies rehearsal, admin and workshop facility.
All management responsibilities normally expected of Production Stage Manager within all creative, technical and production processes for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.
The project concluded with me in a further multi tasking role across post production, business and project archive wrap up and demobilization from Qatar.

EVENT LOGISTICS AND PRODUCTION

BREAST CANCER NETWORK AUSTRALIA

On August 11 2007 ALG supported the BCNA in presenting the Field of Women Live 2007 at Sydney’s
Telstra Stadium, as part of the Sydney Swans v St Kilda Australian Football League (AFL) Round 19 clash.
ALG oversaw the event logistics to deliver the on field formation of the Pink Lady Logo of the BCNA, and the creation of ceremonial presentation.

1 of 2 Callers for Olympic Opening and Closing ceremonies, Rehearsals, On field Mass Rehearsal, Stadium Rehearsal.
Liaison with Script Coordinator to compile accurate script for Opening and Closing Ceremonies. Liaison with Operations Department and Directors Assists/Director of Television re script, run times, segment breakdowns, action timings, Public Address system announcements for casts/crews throughout stadium/rehearsal venues.
